CEREMONY COORDINATION ONLY-We arrive a minimum of 2 hours before the start of Ceremony, ensure proper set-up and arrival of all vendors, and facilitate the Ceremony. We also provide a detailed timeline of events for the Ceremony. Rehearsal of Ceremony included.

RECEPTION COORDINATION ONLY-We arrive a minimum of 2 hours before the Reception to ensure appropriate set-up and arrival of all vendors, and facilitate all events at the Reception including but not limited to, Grand Entrance, First Dances, Bouquet/Garter Toss, Cake Cutting. We also provide a detailed timeline of events for the Reception, and package and store all Decor or Personal Items of Bride and Groom prior to the end of our Day. 

VENUE CONSULTING-You may want to plan and have complete control of your Wedding Details, but need a little help locating a Venue. We will help find a venue & review and negotiate any contracts before choosing to book a particular location. Our goal is to be sure you are satisfied and comfortable with your Venue Selection; as this is a huge part of your Wedding Day!

STATIONARY MANAGEMENT-While putting together menu cards and programs can be enjoyable, it can also be overwhelming when trying to incorporate with daily tasks. Our stationary package gives you the ability to provide your celebration guest list, while we design and assemble invitations, menu cards, ceremony programs, escort cards, seating chart, table numbers or cards, to name a few. Pricing vary depending on individual needs. BRIDAL SHOWER, WELCOME DINNERS, BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PLANNING & COORDINATION-Research and locate your venue, purchase and mail out invitations, manage RSVP’s of guests, work with on-site coordinator/catering company for contract proposal estimate prior to booking, assist MOH in her duties for the Bride, and create and manage timeline for your event.  We also will help in the booking process accommodations for Bachelor/Bachelorette Party(ies). One Captain and one assistant included for up to 6 hours for events, if needed. Pricing varies depending on location. Please inquire.
